Franksgiving and Executive Orders

With all the noise against Obama's executive order on immigration most forget that there was also a lot of unhappiness in moving back Thanksgiving a week in an attempt to stimulate the economy.  This happened in 1939 and those against it dubbed it "Franksgiving."  Indeed several states even refused to go along with it.  It is a good example of the powers of the president and a way to remember what is meant by an executive order.
